Tea Partiers will be out in full force on the traditional deadline of April 15 picketing against tax day, but in one Coldwater, Mich. park you won't be seeing any protest signs. That's because the city has banned them in the popular protest spot. Now, the Tea Party is suing the city over free speech rights. Who's in the right?
